Eraser Production process
1.Mix rubber with ground pumice powder, iron oxide, vegetable oil, sulfur and other substances.
2.Heating the mixture causes the sulfur to mix with the rubber to increase the strength of the rubber and make it more durable.
3.Feed the raw materials into the punching machine to make long and thin rubber sticks. Cut the rubber stick into small pieces with a knife, wait for it to cool, and then transport it to the pencil factory to make the eraser on the pencil.
4.The block eraser used alone is made by injecting heated rubber mixture into molds of various shapes. After it has cooled, open the mold and erasers of various shapes will come out.
